These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of internet, cable, and related services provided by Badar Enterprises Cable Network (Private) Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to our services or using our website, you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
The Company provides internet (broadband) and cable television services to residential and commercial customers within its licensed service area. Service availability depends on network coverage and technical feasibility at your location.
2. Registration and Activation
To subscribe, you must provide accurate identity and contact information, including a valid CNIC as required by regulation. Service is activated after successful installation and receipt of applicable charges. Package prices are payable at the time of signup.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All package prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of applicable Government taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes are charged as per prevailing rates and are payable by the customer.
4. Billing and Payment
- Services are billed on a monthly (or agreed) cycle. Payment is due in advance for the upcoming billing period.
- Payments can be made through approved channels, including online payment via our authorized payment gateway.
- Non-payment by the due date may result in suspension or disconnection of service until dues are cleared.
5. Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
Equipment such as the ONT/router provided at installation remains the property of Badar Enterprises Cable Network unless purchased outright by the customer. On disconnection, Company-owned equipment must be returned in good condition. A Dual-Band ONT is installed on 50 Mbps and above packages; if a Dual-Band ONT is requested on a single-band package, an additional charge (PKR 10,000 plus taxes) applies. Additional charges may apply for add-on services such as a Static IP.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to engage in any activity that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, compromises network security, or violates the regulations of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). The Company may suspend service for misuse.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, weather, power outages, or factors beyond our control. Advertised speeds are maximum “up to” speeds and may vary.
8. Promotional Offers
Promotional packages are valid for residential customers only unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to change or amend any of these terms and conditions, package details, or pricing at its sole discretion without prior notice.
9. Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the cancellation process described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Company may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the charges paid by the customer for the affected billing period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mianwali, Punjab.
